Frequently Asked Questions
Welcome! Below you'll find answers to some of the most common questions clients ask before their photography session. If you still have questions after reading, feel free to get in touch — I’m always happy to help.
Where will my photo session take place?
Your session location is something we’ll decide together. I love working with each client to find a location that feels special — whether it’s somewhere meaningful to you, or a beautiful outdoor spot you've never explored before. From stunning Kent countryside to Canterbury city charm, we’ll choose a setting that perfectly fits your story and the mood you want to capture.
What happens if the weather is bad?
British weather can be unpredictable, but don’t worry — we have options. If you're up for a bit of adventure, a light rain shoot can actually make for some magical, atmospheric photos. However, if you'd prefer to reschedule due to weather conditions, just reach out to me. I’ll always do my best to find a new date, though availability may vary.
What should I wear to my photoshoot?
Choosing the right outfit can make a big difference in your photos. I’m always happy to chat about outfit ideas, colours, and styling — just send me a message! In general, neutral tones tend to photograph beautifully and help create a timeless feel. Coordinated outfits (rather than matching exactly) usually work best.
It’s also helpful to consider your shoot location — for example, in a lavender field, soft pastels like pale pink or purple can complement the scenery beautifully.
When will I receive my photos?
Your fully edited images will usually be delivered within 3–4 weeks after the session via an online gallery. I put a lot of care into editing your photos.
